A warm and friendly environment where every corner feels like home.
Dyneley House is a beautiful Victorian house with stunning award-winning gardens. Inside, you’ll find two bright and welcoming conservatories where our residents love to spend their time. Whether it’s joining in on the daily activities, curling up with a good book, or simply enjoying the company of others, there’s always a cosy spot waiting for them.
We’re a small, close-knit community with just 22 residents.
Dyneley provides a truly intimate setting where meaningful relationships and personalised care flourish. We believe in treating each person as an individual, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences. Building strong relationships with the families of our residents is also a priority for us, helping us deliver the best possible care.

As a not-for-profit care home in Chapel Allerton, every penny we receive is reinvested into enhancing the lives of those who choose to live with us. This commitment enables us to offer exceptional care, with thoughtful touches that ensure our residents always feel supported, valued, and cared for.

Each of our rooms is ensuite, thoughtfully designed, and kept spotlessly clean, offering a range of sizes to suit different preferences. With home-cooked meals prepared by our on-site chef, you can trust that the food here is as comforting as it is delicious.

One of the unique benefits of being a not-for-profit is that we can provide services that aren’t always found in other homes. For instance, we cover the cost of taxis for appointments, ensuring our residents are looked after without any extra worry or hidden fees, and we are always looking to add extra services to help our residents, too.
