About

A simple, heartfelt mission

Our journey at Greendown Trust began with a simple, heartfelt mission: to create a place where people feel at home and are cared for with genuine kindness and respect. It’s never just been about providing care; it’s about creating a home where every resident is treated with dignity, where their stories matter, and where the simple joys of life are celebrated.

Staying true to our vision and values.

Since 1986, this commitment has guided everything we do at Dyneley House. Here, care is personal. We see each resident as an individual, with their own needs, preferences, and stories. This belief is woven into the fabric of our daily lives, creating a warm, welcoming environment where both residents and staff feel a true sense of belonging.

Over the years, the Trust has stayed true to its mission, ensuring that Dyneley House is always a place where residents live comfortably and confidently. Our focus remains clear: to provide care that enhances life, not just maintains it.

The real heart of Dyneley House is found in the everyday moments shared between our residents and the dedicated staff who care for them. These connections are what truly define us. As we look ahead, Greendown Trust is committed to continuing this tradition of care, comfort, and community, just as we have since the very beginning.

“My mother, aged 104, was welcomed into Dyneley House three months ago. We cannot praise all of the caring, professional staff enough for the way in which she was very quickly made to feel part of the Dyneley family, as were we. It’s a true mark of their focus on each person, that she moved so seamlessly from independent living into care.”

We also understand the importance of staying connected with families. Keeping those relationships strong is key to making Dyneley House a real home. Our team goes above and beyond to ensure our residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
